The Community Associations Institute (CAI) College of Community Association Lawyers (CCAL) has published a new guide to drafting and amending community association governing documents. The publication, entitled “Guiding Principles for Community Association Governing Documents: A Resource for Lawyers,” can be found here. As part of a nationwide team of eleven community association lawyers serving on the CCAL Governing Principles Task Force, Scott Rosenlund served as one of the co-authors of the publication.
