To streamline the process of initiating new assessment collection actions, BRK has created an email address designated for new collection turnovers. Effective immediately, all BRK clients can send new accounts to begincollections@brkchicago.com. Emails related to collection files already handled by BRK can continue to be sent to the appropriate BRK team member.
