Fees

While BRK performs work on an hourly and flat-fee basis, we also offer monthly retainer/subscription packages for associations, providing unlimited attorney phone calls and emails related to common association legal issues. The retainer/subscription plans are based on the association’s annual operating budget (with no long-term commitment).

Our fee structure can vary based on the association, so we recommend contacting us to get a better idea of pricing. While most work is performed at our hourly rates, some tasks are billed on a flat-fee basis to allow association boards and managers to both accurately forecast legal spending and ensure costs do not exceed a predetermined amount.
